I had a question about tickets so I sent them a message, I wasn’t sure how quickly they’d get back to me. They replied the same day and answered what I needed without making it overly complicated. I did have to follow up once, but they were still friendly about it. Overall, the customer service was good. Not perfect, but they did help, and it felt like an actual person was reading my message

We had a decent time at Wild West City. The shows were fun, and the kids really liked wandering around and checking everything out.

The biggest thing for us was the seating. There were a few benches here and there, but they filled up fast, so we ended up standing way more than we expected.

Shade was kind of hit or miss too, and on a hot day it gets tiring quickly. It’d be a lot better if they added more shaded areas and places to sit

I had a good time here, it’s still a fun place to visit. That said, I did notice some of the buildings looked a bit run down. I’m not saying it ruined the experience or anything, because it didn’t, but a little upkeep would definitely make the place feel nicer.

Really felt like stepping into an old west town, not just walking past a bunch of props. Loved the shows, the buildings, and all the little details that made it seem true to history. Kids had a great time, so did I.

Went here with my family i was impressed with how clean everything was. The bathrooms were actually kept up, the walkways were neat, and I didn’t see trash all over the place like you do at some other spots. It made the visit feel a lot more relaxed. And listen, I know that sounds like a small thing, BUT IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE. We had a good time and I’d definitely go back.
